osCommerce & Typo3 users synchronization

The goal is to synchronize the oscommerce front end users and typo3 front end users. One new user is registering to typo3 website will be automatically registered as a oscommerce user and vice-versa. For existing user when a typo3 user is logging in in typo3 system it'll check his status before logged in whether he is an existing user of osCommerce or not. If he is not an existing user of osCommerce before logged in to typo3 his account will be created on osCommerce. Same on Profile editing time.
